Readiness Plan
Key to this process is the analysis and business implementation plan that we develop for you. We call this the “Readiness Plan.” Using the Plan as a foundation, SALESGEN works together with you to decide the best course of action for growth and internationalization. Whatever we recommend we can also execute or implement for you, either via an in-house staffer or by using a trained SALESGEN consultant.
